I have had solved this problem by enabling the automatic update of windows. I have everything in Czech Language, so you gonna have to dig a little but roughly translated, in my command center in win 7, in control panels, I found out that automatic update has been disabled so I just turned it back on and now the update to win 10 is finally downloading a preparing to start.
