Abstract

Effective company management would propel the organisation forward and warrant researchers' and policymakers' attention. Thus, the current research studies the impact of

information quality and information technology (IT) on the management of manufacturing firms in Thailand. Additionally, this study will examine the moderating effect of organisational support on the nexus of information quality, information technology, and business management in manufacturing businesses in Thailand. The researchers used primary data collection methods and questionnaires to obtain primary data, whereas smart-PLS was used to examine the validity and correlations between components. The findings indicate that information quality and information technology correlate with the management of industrial businesses in Thailand. Additionally, the results suggested that organisational support has a substantial moderating effect on the nexus of information quality, information technology, and business management in Thai manufacturing firms.
